Kidney Disease
Diabetes is a common condition that affects people of all ages. There are several forms of diabetes. Type 2 is the most common. A combination of treatment strategies can help you manage the condition to live a healthy life and prevent complications.
Types of common diabetes-
- Type 2 diabetes: your body doesn’t make enough insulin. This is the most common type of diabetes. It mainly affects adults, but children can have it as well.
- Prediabetes: This is the stage before Type 2 diabetes. Your blood glucose levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be officially diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
- Type 1 diabetes: This type is an autoimmune disease of your immune system attacks and destroys insulin-producing cells in your pancreas.
- Gestational diabetes: it develops in some people during pregnancy. Gestational diabetes usually goes away after pregnancy. But if you have gestational diabetes, you’re at a higher risk of developing Type 2 diabetes later in life.
Tips for preventing DM-
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Get physically active. Aim for 30 minutes a day at least five days a week.
- Work to achieve a weight that’s healthy for you.
- Manage your stress.
- Limit alcohol intake.
- Get adequate sleep (typically 7 to 8 hours).
- Quit smoking.
- Take medications as directed by your healthcare provider to manage existing risk factors for heart disease.
Living with diabetes can also affect your mental health. People with diabetes are two to three times more likely to have depression than people without diabetes.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet.
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything.
It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English.
